After some crazy calcualtions,  and weighing rugs.  I have decided to give FREE SHIPPING ANYWHERE IN THE USA !     It has a value of as much as a 7% dicount off the rug.   Example a 60" rug to California is 35$ and that is a good deal for my customers.  And WAYYY easier for me to calculate,  LOL.
